SPECIAL MOORINGS CLUSTER BOD MEETING
MARCH 15, 2001 The Moorings Cluster BOD was called to order at 7:30 PM at Karen Compton's house to finalize the contracts for sidewalks and grounds as discussed at the General Cluster Meeting of March 13, 2001. All BOD members were present.
SIDEWALKS CONTRACT
It was moved that the sidewalk contract from De Souza be accepted and signed by a Moorings Cluster responsible person(s). The contractor is to sign every page since some changes had been negotiated on the phone. The following items appear on the contract: Moorings Drive sidewalks, three aprons on Moorings Drive, asphalt at the Tot Lot and asphalt connecting Moorings Drive with the RA path leading to Inlet Court, and aprons needing replacement on Waters Edge Lane. No apron on Waters Edge Lane is to cost more than $950. Motion was seconded and passed. All Cluster owners will be notified in time to have private paving done at their own expense at the time of the Cluster paving.
CARDINAL LANDSCAPING CONTRACT
It was moved that we accept the Cardinal Landscaping contract as written except for the items we have deleted from the contract (deletion of $5065 in labor and $1458 in mulch or a total deletion of $6523). Motion was seconded and passed.
BLOOMING SPACES CONTRACT
It was moved that the Blooming Spaces contract be accepted as written in the amount of $1460 and $980 for a total of $2440. Motion was seconded and passed.
GREEN WORKS CONTRACT
It was moved and seconded that we accept the Green Works contract for buying and planting approximately 81 barberries in an amount not to exceed $1500. The motion was passed.
